Dr. Ashok Yanamadala, M.D.
Dr. Yanamadala provides outpatient psychiatry services, as well as referrals and coordination of care for related mental health services. In person at our location in St. Louis and virtually in Missouri and Illinois with telehealth.

Crisis Intervention
Crisis intervention is a short-term method to assist patients who have experienced emotional, mental, physical, or behavioral distress from an event or experience. Through psychiatry intervention, the patient can get immediate help as well as prevention of long-term psychological trauma.
Mental Health Assessment
A mental health assessment is the process of gathering behavioral health information about a person. It is the first step in treatment in psychiatry and sets the basis for an effective and individualized treatment plan.

Psychotropic Medication Services
Psychotropic medication is a medicine capable of affecting one’s mind, emotions, or behavior. Our psychiatry providers offer safe and close monitoring as well as treatment of all patients who are prescribed any type of psychotropic medication for mental health conditions.
Program Referrals
Dr. Yanamadala can provide a list of therapies and programs that may be able to assist in the management and treatment of the disorders present. He oversees the TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments in St. Louis and acts as the provider for our virtual IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) serving Missouri and Illinois.
