Tracey Kreipe, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Tracey Kreipe, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Lakeside Behavioral Health, providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients across the lifespan in Missouri and Illinois. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in psychiatric mental health from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she was recognized as the Outstanding PMHNP Student in her graduating class.
Tracey brings more than two decades of nursing experience spanning behavioral health, community and public health, and nursing education. She has served as a Behavioral Health Nurse Coordinator and in a range of maternal-child and public-health roles, and she currently teaches psychiatric-mental health nursing as a nursing instructor at SIUE.
Her clinical and scholarly interests include the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) technology with pediatric and adolescent populations, brief interventions for substance use in underserved communities, and mental health care throughout the lifespan.
