Accepted Insurance Plans
The following insurance plans are accepted at Lakeside Behavioral Health. In-network status of your healthcare provider is not a guarantee of coverage. Lakeside Behavioral Health, or it’s affiliates, will submit a claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Please contact your insurance carrier for the final determination of network status and coverage for services at Lakeside Behavioral Health.

We are also honored to offer dedicated support to military service members, veterans, and their families and we accept Tricare insurance for psychiatric services and TMS!

Disclaimers
Outpatient psychiatric services and medication management rendered by our providers not covered by insurance will be billed directly at the rate of $150.00/$125.00 when appropriate.
Outpatient therapy services rendered by our licensed therapists not covered by insurance will be billed directly at the rate of $90.00/$70.00 when appropriate.
Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP) Services are covered by most major payors in Missouri and Illinois (excluding Tricare, Humana, Medicare, and Medicaid). Lakeside will work with you to ensure appropriate authorization is given by your insurance company for the IOP services. IOP services not covered by insurance will be billed at the rate of $75.00.
TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Services are covered by most major payors in Missouri and Illinois including commercial, Medicare, Missouri Medicaid, and Tricare!
